TOWN OF LAMAR CHRISTMAS ON MAIN 2022 (Come Visit our Booth!)

Visit our booth at the Town of Lamar Christams Event of the YEAR! Town Parade....Pictures with Santa & Storytime with Mrs. Claus at the Library  •  Gingerbread House Contest  •  Reindeer Games Baked Goods  •  Hot Chocolate  •  S’mores  •  Christmas Music  •  Letters to Santa at the Post Office In honor of the Town’s Sesquicentennial Anniversary, it is requested that you use the 1872 time period for your attire and decorations!  Parade participants, Vendors, and Festival guests – let’s get in the spirit of when the Town was formed and pay homage to our predecessors!  Ladies walking along Main Street in long skirts or dresses, men in top hats, long coats, cravats or pants with long-sleeved shirts and bolos – let’s “relive” our history!  A prize will be awarded for the one most authentically dressed! At 1 PM on the Main stage, there will be an opening ceremony.  The festival will kick off with vendors, music, food trucks and more! At 5:30 PM, the parade will commence on Main Street and will end at Lamar Baptist Church. .
